Can't log in with my account. (Still logged in on server?)

Hello, I am having a problem and while i sent in something to support i haven't received anything back so i wondered if someone else ever encountered the same issue. After playing a game i visited the shop and then had a business phone call that i was on for a couple hours. When i got back i was logged out of the client (which i believe is normal) when i tried logging back in however it said connection error cannot connect to server. So i tried again/restarted my computer ect. without any luck finally i tried logging into another account i have and i got straight in... no connection issue's. However after switching out to try again i realize i cannot log in with my main account at all but can easily log in with other account. Any suggestions or thoughts? As far as i know i didn't do anything worth a ban and it didn't say anything when i ended my last game so i am assuming its nothing in that area. Just really confused and wondering how long this will last. Thanks for your thoughts!
