Gameplay Jarvan Bug

Jarvans auto attack animation doesn't go off on creeps or champions, but it does work on tower. He is also not applying his passive damage. I was just standing next to creeps and clicking on them, while their health just drops but no animation happens. The passive is also never applied(damage indicator after auto shows.) This was in a ranked game. I know you guys are busy, but you should disable the champ until this was fixed, it is so hard to play when you can't see your autos happening! I'm not technically savvy enough to get a video or anything :(
