Twisted Fate [GAMEPLAY] Curser un responsive

After the resent patch I have played TF, I have noticed that after EVERY ulti I cast, My curser turns from normal to a blue squared crosshair. Once in this state I can not use the left mouse click as I should be able, unable to use the map controls, Pressing "a" should change the curser into a RED crosshair and enable a GO-To function while on Alert. This is not possible while in this state, in fact you can't make any left clicks during this state.

The State is non-reversible and will stay like that till the end of the game OR, until client shut down or Leaving the game and using the reconnect function.

Steps to repeat Bug.

Step 1 : Pick TF Step 2 : Get level 6 and pick up your ulti skill Step 3 : Use ultimate (Works as should) revealing enemies and enabling the next left click to TP you to your destination of choice. Step 4 : notice Blue crosshair has replaced curser. Step 5 : notice your left clicks don't work for spells, not on the mini map, Targeting or on-click commands. Step 6 : apologies to Ranked team that you have to Quit out and log back in for the 7th time in the game because you used your ulti again.
