Same bug this morning is happening again, i thought you guys fixed this???

The game is now reconnecting me to a "ghost match" that does not exist and I'm stuck in the reconnect screen. What is happening, every time you guys do server maintenance there is always a bug that affects every ones game. The maintenance check prior to today's one a couple of weeks ago caused a bug where people would be stuck in champ select unable to start a game, now its not letting people leave a match and reconnecting others to "ghost matches". What is up with all these bugs? this doesn't happen as frequently to other regions, why riot OCE?
