Fix karmas lock

When she throws her lock to you and you are outside of the small silver bar it still comes on you and you have to go much further away from what it actually shows. and it even nearly disappears when it doesnt, this keeps me from using my flash or trying to use anything of such to escape because i think it doesnt lock on me, and then it does. this is really tiring
