Invisible wall bug

Today i played a few aram games and league was working just fine, well the last game i was playing for today i had a weird "bug" that forced me to leave the game. I spawned a bit after the game started about a minute, the loading screen was taking forever for my friends too, well i buy my items then try to leave but i couldn't leave the spawning area like there was a wall blocking me. My friends said to try teleporting to my top tower so i did but the game made me walk all the way back to the spawn where i was once again trapped there. I left the game but sadly i can't confirm if this solved it since my client kept crashing so i just gave up, i hope this isn't a bug and just something that happened to me.
