I just opened a chest but i got nothing
i just opened a hexteck chest but i got nothing actually my chest and my key vanished i wanted to know if it was possible to get a new key and a new chest

It could have given you a permanent icon. Go to store>Account>Purchase history. If something comes up as zero ip then you got it from hextech crafting.
