Smite Cooldown Graphical Glitch

So basically, every time I use smite and it goes on cooldown, the 2 little lines in the smite icon that would show the remaining cooldown just shoot out across the left-hand side of the screen. It's nothing gamebreaking and it doesn't make the game unplayable, but it's ridiculously annoying and distracting. Pls fix rito :d
