Lux e is not visible

Was recently in a game with an enemy lux and whenever she would cast her e, it would be invisible until activated. I would post screenshots but none turned out unfortunately, probably because it was invisible and I unfortunately wasn't recording at the moment. Just in case it wasn't a bug and it was the actual player doing some form of hacking, the username was DarkerArrow.
