[GAMEPLAY] lux e stopped working

so I was playing ranked as lux and midway through the match, during a teamfight lucent singularity (lux's e) just suddenly stopped working for the rest of the game. I even got demoted due to the loss. I had tried reloading the game and It didn't work, I never got the ability back. help..
