FPS Issues in Game [GAMEPLAY]

Ok so not sure if this is the correct place to post this but I think Riot should see this as I know there have been FPS drop issues for awhile now.

Essentially what it boils down to, is that randomly I will get packet loss from the Riot servers while in game, which is easily fixable. Now the obvious solution to this is to reset your internet connection and usually it fixes itself. And for me it does fix the connectivity issues. But after when I return to the game, the FPS sits at 10-20FPS for the rest of the game. Exit and re-enter the game? Still FPS issues. Full close the client and re-enter the game? Still FPS issues. Full exit client, close the auto-launched game to make sure client fully loads in first? Still FPS issues. This happens to me with 100% repeatability and it is ruining my experience playing the game.

Steps:

1. Get into a game
2. Magically have connectivity issues to the server at some point during this game
3. Exit game -> disconnect from wifi -> return to wifi and relaunch game (Or do this while in game, it hasnt mattered for me)
4. Return to game after resetting connection and within 30 seconds get 10FPS for the rest of the game with quite literally no way to fix it.

Happens at least once a week, and when it does happen, I can reproduce this FPS issue 100% of the time. If anyone has a solution let me know [slayer-jinx-unamused]
