Orianna ball Dissapearing and Diana Passive

With Oriannas ball, i sometimes have a bug where it is invisible while on orianna, which makes it very hard to know where the ball is in the middle of a fight. I have had an issue with Dianas passive where it seems to trigger after 2 swings instead of three. It seems to take place after interrupting an autoattack, but i have seen it occasionally elsewhere as well. this is without any items that allow for multi-proc.
