[GAMEPLAY] Game keeps freezing randomly while in a online matches

On any champion the game will freeze randomly and am forced to restart my computer in order to unfreeze the game. I have tried updating and rolling back my graphics driver as well as repairing the game and nothing seems to stop the freezes from happening. There seems to be no cause for the freeze as it happens randomly and I cannot replicate it. When the freezes first started happening it would be only once or twice in a day of 5-10 matches. Now it occurs almost every game I'm in and it has made the game almost completely unplayable. I'm not sure what to do from this point to try and fix it so any help would be appreciated.

I cannot attach a video because I am forced to restart my computer whenever the glitch occurs.

My game crashes two times per game.

Adding another comment because the game was working on patch 9.1 but with 9.2 it has begun freezing every game again, I'm hoping a fix to this will come soon

I have the same issue. Just freezes out of nowhere in the middle of any given game and I can't even alt f4, I have to restart my pc every time. Do you also hear a windows sound sometimes when it happens? Someone fix this.

I'm still having this problem 6 months later and with the new update released today (6/26/19) I am unable to rejoin matches after I restart my computer. Any assistance on this issue would be greatly appreciated because nothing I have tried has helped the issue in the slightest

Maybe something in your PC is incompatible with something in the game.
