Ready player check did not show

Im sitting in lobby and i get instantly kicked from que and the notification that i did not click the ready button on the que popping. The only thing is it never showed up. No sound effect, and the client never popped up in front of my web browser like it always did. This could be a nasty bug if it happens in ranked ques
