[Gameplay] Special Weapon Zac bug

Hi there,

I found this out while playing against my friend who uses Zac with special weapon Zac skin all the time.

I realised when using this skin, the Zac player can easily see his own bloblets in gameplay but on my screen, as an opposing top player, the bloblets were so hard to see.

This kind of affected my game a lot as I could never actually step on his blobs in laning phase as the blobs weren't very visible.

Also, I am pretty sure about this bug because I sat next to him afterwards to spot the difference.

Could you look into this? I'm assuming noone really knew about this bug as noone really plays Zac except my friend lol.
