Annie is seriously bugged

Annie is COMPLETELY BUGGED OUT. Tibbers will not enrage at all, tibbers is also frequently uncontrollable with alt or r. neither work. similarly, whenever you cast an ability she will not move to try and cast it if you are in attack range and she will auto instead. Tibbers ai is (maybe) bugged. it does not target champions and will ignore your commands and kill minions when there are enemy champions directly next to it.
