Warlord's Bloodlust malfunction.

Hi all first post to bug threads but just wanted to let people know that the keystone mastery Warlord's Bloodlust doesn't seem to be working for most champs including every ADC for me. However it seems to work on Yasuo almost all of the time in my normal matches. Figured this out while play testing with tryndemere about five times in some normal matches. Thanks ahead of time if this can get figured out that would be amazing!
