[GAMEPLAY] Heimerdinger Turret Range

On Heimerdinger, when turrets target champions (Braum specifically), the turret will continue shooting them to a range up to ~2500. They don't seem to do damage but will give away the champions location.

1. Summon turret
2. Turret targets Braum
3. Braum leaves turret area
4. Turret continues to fire even when Heimerdinger is out of turret range for more than 5 seconds
5. Doesn't do damage but reveals Braum's Location

I've seen this happen twice where I was Heimerdinger and Braum left the team fight last. It doesn't do damage but it would reveal his location up to a max range. Also turret won't retarget a new champion.
