Almost every game that I am blitzcrank and use his E (Power Fist), Tristana always gets to use her rocket jump without getting stunned when it applies the hit just before or at the same time. Also never keeps her in place when she should go airborne.

Blitzcrank is not a fun champion to play against and is pretty anti-fun for the enemy botlaners.. Sure you and your adc are having a jolly good time! But the other laners are like.. 'THIS BLITZ ___________"

This is actually working as intended. A similar interaction occurs with Ezreal's Arcane Shift.
Racks1 votesit's because they both have uninterruptable cast times on those abilities, and when you hook during the casttime, it completes and they continue as they would have before you hooked.
Catastrop1 votesIt also happens with Lissandra's ult. IF she has good reflexes, she can jump away from me in the cast animation.
