Game Crash - Error That I can't get to

My game crashed again tonight. I was in Blitz right before an event. There is an error message, but I cannot get to it. I cannot switch to another window, including getting to Task Manager to kill the process. My only choice is to reboot my entire PC. I have rarely seen a program lockup an entire system like this.

This was happening regular a few weeks ago, and then it seemed to stop. Now the problem is back. At the very least, I need to be able to close the error and restart my game instead of having to restart my entire system.
