Windows 10 Crashing

I play frequently in Brazil and have recently downloaded Windows 10. I can play normally in NA with no problems but for some reason can not play any regular or ranked games in Brazil without the game disconnecting me. I have gotten leave buster penalties 2x now because of. Any suggestions to fix this so I can go back to playing regular games.
