Experiencing Post-game unusual disconnects.

In stead of letting me join a game it got stuck in screen(Black screen), and keep telling me i have disconnected. It's fine when i am picking champions. It works fine the next game. This happened sometimes and it's unpredictable which is annoying because i lost a few rank game because my team remake.
