Got a dodge timer because of a glitch

I am not one to get mad over a glitch because glitches are glitches and they happen. This time though it's different. I am getting punished for a glitch. I have a 13 or 14 dodge timer. I couldn't do anything in that situation... like come on riot... (I still love you)
