Q and R not responding on Sion [GAMEPLAY]

Recently played an ARAM and after around level 8-ish I couldn't use my Q. I had used it previously on lower levels as well as his R. I didn't notice until later that they weren't activating. I'm not sure exactly what level but I pressed the button multiple times in many situations even after respawning and nothing.
