Camera Issues

I had a ranked game recently where for some reason, my game defaulted to windowed mode. Then my left click would only ping the map (I couldn't skill up abilities by clicking, click on enemies, ect). Finally my map would not move when I clicked the minimap, so I went locked screen the entire game. After the game I made a custom game and everything was back to normal. Any Idea what caused this bug?
