Quinn Passive

So when you hit a q or e with Quinn and immediately follow up with a basic attack the passive does not trigger for the extra damage. This requires me to chase the person down just to trigger it. I am pretty sure this is not intentional but has anyone else experienced this?

What it is is that if your auto is already mid flight when your passive is applied, it won't proc. Your passive needs to be on your enemy before you start the auto in order for it to work. It's actually intentional, and has always been that way, but it feels super clunky. It feels like a bug (as you noticed).

Ya it really bothers me as well and almost seems like you're getting cheated out from the extra damage/chase potential that you should really be getting

yeah the issue is it takes quinn's passive a really short cooldown but the auto wont work so you have to auto two times for it to work.... I have found that if you press q auto e auto it will work everytime for me then you should not have to worry about the bug again riot will eventually fix it once it impacts something they do

I've had some passive enhanced autos do ~35 dmg early, pretty weird

I think it's been like that for a while, but Quinn isn't very popular, so I guess it has gone unnoticed.

It's been broken since release but Riot doesn't care, as she was included in the Marksmen update but this wasn't fixed or even mentioned. It will literally never be fixed.

Not what's happening. Quinn's harrier isn't a mark like Katarina's or Akali's, but rather just an indicator that your auto will do more damage to them. It's an entirely different attack then the regular AA, so you have to wait for the mark to actually appear before you auto them, or else it won't activate
