Zac e bug

Hey, I was told to post this here (sent in a ticket already and reply told me to post it here), but a couple of days ago I was playing Zac jungle and during the game I went for a gank in mid lane. I ended up getting counter jungled by a lee (this was early game so lee was much stronger then me, me and lee lvl 6, mid lanes around lvl 7-8). I e'd in and then ulted, but cuse the counter gank I ended up dying (popping passive), tho I ended up reviving cuse my passive and as soon as I revived I flashed over wall to save myself but lee got me with his q and I ended up dying (lee double q killed me). After I revived from fountain, I wasn't able to use my e ever again during the game, it was like locked or on like a permanent cd. I thought first my "e" key broke, but I was able to type using my "e" key. So for the rest of the game, my e was locked and I couldnt jump in for ganks or anything. Please save poor Zac from this (dunno exact reason y it happened tho)
