So, ever since patch 4.18 I have tried changing my chat settings (I put the HUD down to 80% move the box around and change the chat box to be 100% transparent.) After each game it is set back to 100% HUD the box back in the bottom left and not transparent. I have tried even changing from PC to PC so it was not a localized issue.

Also everybody on your mute list that is muted during the game is off the mute list after the game.
I've defiantly noticed the moving the chat box one. I have to re-adjust it every single game. Can't wait for a patch to fix it.
I've been having the same issue as well, at least on the chat hud. My other issue is that I keep the camera in a lock position, but I have to keep putting it in a locked position at the start of each game. I'm just glad I'm not the only one having this odd problem.
