Error connecting to Maestro

This bug occurs when you open the login screen. There are two things you can do to fix this: restart your computer, or unpin LoL from your taskbar if thats how you are trying to open it. The reason this happens is because you are attempting to open LoL incorrectly, without properly launching the game. If none of the above help, make sure you're opening the PATCHER, not the LOGIN SCREEN. League of Legends cant establish a link if you dont launch the game. For some reason it works sometimes, but there you go.
