Have problem in chamion mastery

I played a game over 80 min, and my mastery points wont show. Just standing there and loading to infifnity, i wait and wait but nothing hapend. It was victory and i could go lv up with Lulu. I mean, I got ip and doesent matter mastery, but its not only time, hapends a aronud 5 time to me. :D
