Game Launches in Windowed Mode

Game always launches in windowed mode. Have performed resets of the config files. Keeps problem from occurring for 2-3 games then starts up again. If fix works for longer it resets when computer goes through sleep cycle overnight. Have also reinstalled. I do have webroot but I turn it off before playing league.

It's client issue nothing you can do.
