GAMEPLAY - Garen Silence Interaction With Rek'Sai

Frequency of Occurrence: 100% of this interaction between Garen and Rek'Sai

This probably isn't a bug, but it is so incredibly debilitating that I can't think of another way (presently) of bringing this topic to light with the hope of a change being made, and appropriately suggesting how it be changed.

The change from Burrow to attack with the knock-up sequence in between is of course a skill activation. However when Garen silences Rek'Sai, Rek'Sai becomes incapable of performing auto attacks. At the moment I can't think of another champion where this is the case. Because Rek'Sai is silenced during this duration she cannot come up manually to perform auto attacks either. This also occurs in interaction with Soraka. In the fewer cases where I've been poised with the position of engaging directly onto Soraka, and being hit in movement or otherwise, it ruins my initiation. It should. But I don't think it should prevent me from dishing out a little bit of auto attack damage.

The change I'm suggesting be that Rek'Sai be able to come up from burrow while silenced, but lose the ability of knock-up, if the player chooses to continue on his or her engage.
