[GAMEPLAY] Vladimir doesn't respond at full health in ARAM.

Hey there,

I've noticed a bug recently that appears to occur only in the Howling Abyss. will sometimes either [ a.) start the game or b.) respawn at the fountain ] with a chunk of his health missing. The amount missing is comparable to using his E once. It seems to be an automatic occurrence. Has anyone else noticed this?

EDIT: Typo in the title, I meant *respawn

This is because of how his passive calculates bonus health and AP. You see the same results if you play Vlad and buy a major AP item during the beginning of the round, he gets more max HP from the AP item but the base doesn't heal him because howling abyss' base platform doesn't heal champions.
