The case that I experienced is specific to Fiora's Q and Akali while invisible within her shroud.
When fiora dashes in, if akali is within range of the q (despite being invisible) will take the q. I have yet to do testing with other champions with invisibility mechanics (rengar, khazix, shaco, and twitch come to mind), but I believe fiora should be required to "see" someone she is using her q on.
Dude, they should mahe fiora actually have to strike the target, not just friggin miss slightly and then twist her spine and legs to strike the enemy in an impossible fashion.

I saw the same thing, Especially in URF. I killed a Teemo while he was invisible by just spamming my q.
