beta client won't let me hit the accept button when a match is found

After completing a round on Twisted Treeline i thought i'd queue up again. so i go pick 3v3, hit Find Match, and it finds one... but the accept and decline buttons are greyed out and i'm unable to click on either of them.

i canceled out of the mode select and went back in to try again. still no dice. Accept/Decline buttons greyed out, couldn't join in.

i got so frustrated doing this repeatedly that i received a penalty for declining one too many matches. Because it was impossible for me to hit accept.
