[BUG] Some item icon and announcement fuzzy

The announcement on the top and the ping on top right look really fuzzy. Don't think this is caused by low graphic setting. Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a custom game
2. Wait for an announcement
3. press ctrl+ f to show the ping
