Accepting Queue Bug?

As i was queuing for a game it made the found a game sound but the Accept/Decline menu never popped up the timer just stopped and it put me back in the lobby. I thought it was just a glitch it let me queue again but then it happened 3 times in a row now I'm penalized from searching Que for 20 minutes. Help Plz I'll Try full repair while i wait out this penalty maybe menu will show.
