Hextech crafting inventory crashing bug

Recently whenever I'm in a ranked queue, or draft queue, if I try to open the Hextech crafting inventory, the whole client bugs out and disappears. It doesn't even crash. It just stays in the background, and I have to go into task manager and manually force close it.

Anyone else get this problem?
