[GAMEPLAY] [WARWICK] [DOUBLE] double damage/heal wwk Q bug still on league

Found it on streams and even in ranked games on myself, wwk's q dealing double damages or getting double healing(or both) sometimes, both on monsters and champions. There is not a particularly situation for the bug to show in the game, just watch some wwk games and sometimes his Q will deal the double shit.
