Thresh + Relic Shield [GAMEPLAY]
In a recent ranked game, the minion execute function of the Relic Shield was not triggering. It didn't work once. I haven't played it since, however, but it did last all game.

Thresh is a ranged champion. As such, he does not proc the execute passive of Relic Shield.
Read the very first sentence of the description on Relic Shield.
Do you see how the execute only applies on melee autoattacks?
Thresh isn't melee.
The gold-share and heal are separate and occur when you kill a minion through any method.
For the 3048752374238074023rd time. THRESH IS RANGED, NOT MELEE. The execute only works on MELEE champs.
