New HUD: Windowed options aren't obvious

As you can see here you can't see all three window modes... I think this is a major issue for new players etc who want to have settings preferences and wouldn't know that you'd have to scroll down because before the new HUD update you could always see all windowed options.

The same applies for graphical options/ping options.
