[CLIENT] Client over downloading what needs to be downloaded

i can't play anymore the client shows up it tells me that there is an update required so it starts downloading 40mb but it keeps going over i ended up closing the client because i thought it was a bug but it kept going over again and again , i event tried using the lol.launcher.admin.exe it downloads the 40mb required but it doesn't patch at all .
