i cant login anymore, can anyone help?

so what happens to me is i try to log in and i get a screen with an error on it saying " an unexpected error occoured while logging in. Please try again." if i try again, it gets stuck on an authenticating screen with a loading icon, has anyone had a similar problem or any ideas on how to fix it?
