[Client] Offline friend requests not received

I've experienced a bug on several accounts and I'm pretty sure its system wide, friend requests are not received while offline.

Steps to reproduce.

Create account. (user 1) Send friend request to offline user (user 2) Check when user logs on (user 2) No friend request received or indication of a request being sent. (user 2)

Fix: Friend must be removed from offline friends list and request needs to be resent (user 1) alternatively a request can be sent in return to automatically add the friend. (user 2)

User label added to note which user can perform the action.
