[Visual] Level up visual bug

So I was playing a game as Ekko and just hit level 12. At level 11 I had 5 points into q, 1 point into w, 3 points into e, and 2 points into r. I added another point into e (bringing it to rank 4), but the level up icon stayed there, making it seem like I could still level up w or e even though I've expended all points. This threw me off for a while but went away as soon as I hit 13 and put my 5th point into e.

I'm not sure if this is an Ekko specific bug or not and was unable to replicate it. I have the baron replay, but this doesn't allow you to see the game from a specific champions point of view so it doesn't help.
