Viktor's Q and Rylai's
On my last game the second part of Viktor's Q did not activate the Rylai's passive ability, this occured more than once on the enemy champion Braum, the ability worked correctly when i bought Lich bane's.

Zombiemaster2 votesThis is not a bug. The empowered auto attack from Viktor's Q does not apply spell effects, including Rylai's.
