YI Q BUG!!!! RITO PLS

Although I rarely play MasterYi (which is ironic considering he is OP with the new devourer) something has been bugging me (hah geddit?bug reports...ok that was bad..) for quite a while now : his Q being so called 'untargetable'. I'll tell you what I mean:

As we all know, MasterYi 's Q makes him blink quickly to 3 nearest enemies dealing damage and I quote; 'becoming untargetable in the process'. Although he seems to be able to dodge turret shots and a lot of champion abilities, this is not always the case because when he is targeted by some CC abilities although it looks he dodged the ability, when he re-appears from his Q he is under the CC effect and takes the damage! This tends to happen mainly (from what I've seen) with AoE CC abilities we're talking Annie 's pedo bear and Sejuani 's ice baton. So yeah...it sucks...

To make it clear what I mean, I have linked a video of Keyori playing as MasterYi of him trying to get the yisets(ult resets...ayyy lmao). If you skip to 4:14 you can see him approaching the enemy Annie with her stun up. Keyori uses her Q on Annie becoming 'untargetable' and then Annie uses her tibbers stun. However when MasterYi re-appears from his Q he is stunned and takes the damage from the ult. (SPAGHETTI CODE STRIKES AGAIN)

So...yeah... RITO PLS FIX (I'm asking nicely....luv ya <3)

Seconded. I've also had similar situations with Zed 's Death Mark; come out of untargetability with half HP and stunned.

Granted, this could be due to simultaneous casts and/or network latency (the game registering both at near identical times), but it is unclear. Would love some clarification as to why this happens though.

ya also his passive doesnt lower down his Q right? or did they fix that? i was watching Cowsep :p

He's untargetable, just like vayne is untargetable when going invisible. You target him directly but he'll still take damage/cc from aoe.

this doesn't happen, you just need good timing. i remember ulting a yi a couple weeks ago as naut and it was completely wasted cuz he q'd at the exact moment he needed to

It's cus yi isn't really untargetable he just flys off the map

Because he used Q durning Annie's R cast animation(it's like 0.2 sec, but it's there) and not before she even pressed the button.

It's like with her W, Morde's E, Cho'Gath's silence etc.

The moment the player presses the button their target WILL get damaged no matter what, unless they enter Stasis (Bard item 3157 Lissandra - only when cast on herself).
