Unresponsive Game at Dynamic Queue Afk Check

The game stops responding when i accept in rank, the first time this happened i thought it was accidental but now the timer stopped the same place and i was first bann again, this cant be a coincidence. What annoys me even more is I am losing LP for this although I accepted the queue. I just want to know if its my cpu or is the game bugging? Keep in mind the first time it happened, took two times before i could accept the queue then the third time it stuck at a certain point and this also occurred the second time it happened.
