Bug Draven not effected but Teemo blind [GAMEPLAY]

While Draven does not have his Q active he seems to be uneffected by Teemo blind, this bug seems very easy to reproduce by just picking Draven with Teemo in a custom game (or any game mode if you wish) making sure Draven and Teemo are on opposite teams of course, then do not use your Q ability as Draven, once Teemo blinds you, auto attack away and the damage keeps going through the blinding effect.
