so i got this chest whit a tristana skin by riot and i look at my tristana skin and i didt have any skin there ?i got so happy for a second someone plz tell me what up whit this i need help and want that skin

you need to unlock the skin first in the crafting area if you have you might have to put in a ticket to riot

and to get it out of that area you have to use essence from the chest u opened to get the skin i got ironside mal and it made me pay like 500 essence to get the skin from the loot area in the place u open chests
